From the moment you enter, the hotel feels dark and unwelcoming, with an overall gloomy atmosphere that negatively impacts the experience. The rooms are extremely small and very poorly designed, with impractical layouts that make you constantly bump into furniture and walls.
The bed was, without exaggeration, the worst I have ever slept in. The mattress is extremely thin and uncomfortable, and only one very thin pillow is provided.
