I called ahead to make sure the hot tub was in working condition and the person that answered said yes mame it is working along with the pool, well the hot tub was luke warm and the jets dis not work and people in there said the staff had been told, this was a huge disappointment and we would not have booked here had we been told.

Rooms were damp (carpet, bedding) and musty smelling. Ceiling was cracked and poorly patched. Tub was broken and just covered with caulking on the bottom. Check-in staff was very friendly. Was given a room that was occupied and opened the door of their room before realizing. Staff at breakfast also very friendly and asked if we needed anything. The staff is nice, but this hotel is a bit rundown and needs better maintenance.

The employees and manager are always so nice and accomodating. The only downside is that the pool is freezing cold, and with 2 young children who seem immune to cold its a bit difficult to get in there with them and enjoy the experience.

The hotel was moderately clean. The room was decent however, upon walking into the bathroom, it smelled like someone had smoked and entire pack of cigarettes with the shower running. The hotel is extremely dated but I suppose you get what you pay for.
