I guess the problem is that I had some expectations based on the booking sight: appears as if there is an indoor jacuzzi and pool — but not operational. Walk in and see a clean lobby & signage indicating “Complimentary” Uber services to airport. Just request it. —uh, nope! “That is only for our exclusive reservation Packages.” I guess the word “complimentary” doesn’t mean the same thing here. I just let it go - “oh well, can’t expect too much…” Then I asked for housekeeping at 11am: forget about it if your Dnd was on the door at 10am. I was told to “calm down” when confused by this policy & did as requested. I am calm now. Still wonder why those pictures of the jacuzzi on the booking site ? What about that misleading sign about “complementary” airport service upon request? And why such draconian rules over housekeeping ? I can only deduce that it means a luxury at this hotel. Like the jacuzzi. And the airport drop off. “Exclusive” benefits unavailable for guests at this hotel. Stay at Springhill or Motel 6… I hear they leave the lights on for you.

Upon arrival the check in rep wasn't very pleasant. We went into the room the comforter was stained, the AC didn't work , and the bathroom door didn't lock. I informed the front desk attendant and he got annoyed and said it works fine that it takes time to cool even though it had been on for over 3 hours. Later that even I went and asked for towels and he asked where our towels were and for me to bring them down for an exchange, when I told him they were being used be handed me the new ones and told me not to get them dirty to return them the same way he handed them to me.

I completed a 3 night stay here. On initial entry seen micro spiders on bed on 2nd day I allowed they to refresh the room and im not sure what happened but it seems something was biting me, maybe bed bugs which I didn't experience the 1st two night with the previous sheets. The breakfast was subpar only tried the bagels which was stale but the fruit was fresh so only ate a banana.

My stay at Baymont by Wyndham Dallas/Love Field was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. The first room had a strong mold smell, broken curtain rings, a clogged shower drain, a dirty sofa, and a deteriorating TV stand with rotting wood. The armchair and coffee maker advertised at booking were missing. I was told coffee makers were available upon request, but even after requesting one, it was never delivered. There was also a suspicious dried stain on the headboard upholstery. I requested a room change, but the second room also lacked the armchair and coffee maker. Worse, I found a disturbing dried stain on the bedsheet that appeared to be bodily fluid. I had to request a clean sheet and replace it myself because no staff was available at night. I also saw roaches in the breakfast area, which raises serious sanitation concerns. The breakfast itself was mediocre. When I reported these issues, the manager/front desk employee Ruby was rude and dismissive, stating they “did not care” because my reservation was made through a third party and told me to complain to them instead. This is unacceptable. The hotel remains responsible for its standards regardless of booking source. I have photos documenting all issues.

We had a problem with the toilet not working. Fortunately, we discovered the problem early on and they kindly moved us to a room just down the hall. The website advertises a hot tub but it was not in working condition so that was disappointing especially as the pool is not heated. The breakfast was pretty lame. Nice area though and the room was quiet and dark.
