I stayed 1 night and unfortunatly had weird experience. Late check-in went easy, smooth and fast. i had request for double bed, received 2 twins,. i was informed in advance from the hotel that it will be provided if available. madress and pillow feels like water or baloon. completly uncomfortable. It is impossible to sit on the wc straight, as my knees would smash inside the wall which is under the angle of 45 degrees. Breakfast was busy, nice variety, though it is first time i saw scramble eggs in the 2cm water/juice soup. not returning back

Breakfast was good...air-conditioning not so much

First of all, I reserved a superior king room. Somehow my reservation was for one person instead of two. When I checked in I was charged a surchage for the second person. While I understand if I didn’t pay for two breakfasts, I should pay for a second, but the charge was 70 euros (over 80 dollars). The room was no different, so they charged me 70 euros for breakfast. That's a bit much. If I had checked when I booked, it would have been just a few dollars more. The breakfast was excellent. The best of the 10 hotels I have stayed in on my trip. The room was spacious and it did have a balcony (the view is the picture I uploaded). Finally, it was very warm during my stay and air-conditioning was non-existent. Both nights I was sweating in bed. Now the air did blow. I even ended up setting it at five degrees and it still didn’t get cooler. It was cooler outside on the balcony at night.

Very basic hotel with premium price

If you want a truly basic hotel with no frills at all, this place is for you if a bare‑bones experience is enough. We paid for a room upgrade and got a “premium” room, but there was nothing premium about it compared with a standard room. The photos even showed a bathtub, yet in reality the room had only a small shower stall. The hotel’s standout “green” policy—its eco‑friendly operation—shows up for guests as a shower that only dribbles: the water pressure is laughably low. Be prepared for 30‑minute showers in which you spend the first 10 minutes just waiting for hot water. It feels anything but ecological or water‑saving. The lobby staff won’t make you feel welcome, so expect a cold reception and no smiles and you’ll cope fine. The biggest plus is cleanliness, and the housekeeping staff were pleasant, helpful, and did their job well. Another plus is that our room at least had windows that opened—a nice touch if you don’t want to rely on air‑conditioning. A third positive is the convenient location: it’s a short walk to the Rotermann district and the harbor area.
