This was a good value for the money. The breakfast is spare. The railing outside needs repair. The staff made efforts to help.

Shampoo was just not there they dont replenish it from guest to guest, breakfast was sub par the heating apparatus they used to heat the gravy smelled like and electrical cored burning. The hair dryer was underwhelming like a heater it turned on and got hot then turned off no blowing anything it was like a space heater. This is more like an expensive motel not a hotel.

The room had some garbage from previous users in corners that should obviously have been cleaned better. The room smelled bad on the first day, but we became nose blind and were tired so didn’t say anything. Next day asked for spray to help. They didn’t come to our room to see for themselves, but gave us a 90% used air freshener can. By night 3 it was finally less noticeable.

The property looks great outside and in the public spaces. Our bed could have used a newer blanket. The one on the bed was an older foam bonded blanket and the foam no longer had the fleece on it and was very yellowed. Our shower controller was broken with a middle piece that controls water temp on the side of the tub. We could not get the part back on thus the water was chilly … Since it was late we waited until morning to repot it and the gentleman offered to go rightnn b to our room to fix it. Breakfast was the usual and the breakfast area remodeled and very cheerful.
