The staff were wonderful--so friendly and accommodating!--and the room was great: very clean, tidy. *There were no cups in the room, so I had to go downstairs and wander a bit before finding a water dispenser with some cups on top. *No coffee maker, which isn't a huge deal, but still strange--the coffee at the breakfast bar was very good. *My room smelled good! But the front lobby and back (drab, industrial gray) stairway up to my room did NOT. The smell was real funky and didn't exude the message of "clean" or "inviting." BUT THE ROOM WAS GREAT.
