4 stars hotel is just ok but terrible service !

Considering this hotel is a 4 star it as a bit disappointing. Location is very good, yet the room and bathroom are just ok, I would advise a bit of refurbishing and refreshing, nothing dirty though. However, a terrible service: my colleague is non smoker, yet he was told his room was smelling cigarettes and that the cleaning lady had found cigarettes in his luggage. He was asked 230 euros to be able to enter his room again. Had to be discussed with the Director. Unbelievable and first time ever in 20 years of business travel.

¡Ha sido mi primera vez en este hotel y no será la última! He podido disfrutar de la maravillosa piscina y su terraza. El personal de recepción y del bar de la azotea es muy amable y servicial, sin duda ellos son lo mejor del hotel. La habitación estaba muy limpia, amplia y cómoda. La cama y sus almohadas me han parecido excepcionales, he dormido muy bien. He estado muy bien en este hotel.

Todo fue perfecto en el Hotel Monte Triana. El personal es muy amable y servicial, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel está muy limpio y bien cuidado, te sientes cómodo desde el primer momento. Las camas son muy cómodas, dormimos genial. Además, es un hotel muy familiar y acogedor, ideal para viajar con niños. Y la piscina en la azotea es un verdadero sueño: muy refrescante y con unas vistas increíbles de Sevilla y su Giralda. ¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia y sin duda volveríamos!

Nice hotel with great staff, easy underground parking, walkable to the city. Good quality breakfast products. I would recommend and return to this hotel next time I am in Sevilla.
