Hundreds of kids around the basketball court and in the parking lot hanging out smoking weed all day and night. Very overpriced. Zero customer service. Zero cleaning. This place was a nightmare. The guy at the front desk who worked saturday evening was pretty much alone until a manager helped him, but even working alone he was kind and did not get upset that he had so much going on because they were so busy, we will stay here again and shout out to that young front desk worker, you did amazing.

It was yucky

The idea is coo but the room was not nice. Looks like old apartments turned into a hotel. It was old and musty smelling. Rust on the vent fans. Floors made your feet black.

The room was not great. The one room had an unfinished whole in the ceiling where a fan should be, the carpet was coming up in places, the kitchen floor felt like it wasn’t finished properly, and the room reeked of smoke even thought it was a non smoking room. There was no house keeping which was fine for a short stay. It’s fine if you are young and don’t care , but it is not good for a family.

The first room we got smelled strongly of marijuana. Since there is no smoking in any of the rooms, I am perplexed as to why this happened. The staff was annoyed when I told them. Having a serious allergy to it and not wanting my kid around it, this was discouraging. The second room smelled ok, but was dirty. The sofa bed was disgusting. There was stuff spilled on the table that I had to clean up. Overall gross place. Very disappointed. I should get a refund.

Not clean

Although the guy working the front desk was very friendly once he arrived, the lobby was closed when I got there. It was the strangest thing, and also not mentioned on their site or when booking, but apparently the lobby is closed after 10pm. I have been to a lot of hotels, good and bad, but I have never checked into a hotel late and walk into a dark lobby with a sign that says “call this number for emergency” and had to sit and wait in the dark for someone to come check me in. Like I said, the guy was very nice once he came, but it was just so odd. The rooms were very spacious but didn’t smell great and very dirty. One of our couch cushioned had the whole back peeled off. But the part that made me not stay my second night was the bugs. There was such a bad any problem, huge horse flies flying everywhere and it so smelled terrible it made it hard to sleep.
