Excelente relación precio/calidad

Estuvimos en la habitación 111, muy amplia y cómoda. Aunque aparece como un hotel 4 estrellas, no nos parece que tenga la calidad de ese rango pero la relación precio/calidad es excelente. El hotel es un poco ruidoso pues cada que un huésped abre o cierra una habitación se escucha en todo el piso. Esperemos que mejoren el ruido que producen las tuberías de la habitación 112 pues cada que se bañaban o vaciaban el sanitario se oía como si fuera en nuestra habitación. Muchas gracias a José por su amabilidad y servicio.

Ja na chegada me deram um quarto que nao foi o que paguei na hotels , depois de 2 dias hospedados mudaram o quarto e ficamos isolados no ultimo andar do hotel com 4 casais braileiros sem poder sair do hotel pois ficamos de quarentena sem motivo pois todos os casais ali ja estavam na argentina antes do decreto do presidente deles o hotel e seus funcionarios nao tiveram nenhuma compaixao deixando nos isolados sempoder sair nao disponibilizou nenhum funcionario para comprwr comida para nos , no ultimo dia nao forneceram todos os servicos que ja haviam sidos pagos e ainda descontaram a taxa turística no cartao , atendimento horrivel

Decepção não respeitam a reserva e o pagamento

O Hotel é bem localizado, porém foi reservado quarto com vista para o Obelisco o que não ocorreu e me deram um quarto inferior ao reservado e não me deram a diferença pelo pagamento, outro inconveniente foi no chekout, pois combinei em pagar a estadia em dinheiro queriam cobrar taxas abusivas inventaram um monte de historinha, lorota para turista forçaram o pagamento no cartão de crédito e a meu contra gosto passei o meu cartão. Fui para Rosário e retornei ao hotel pois tinha mais uma reserva e um desconto pelo quarto reservado que não recebi, porém vieram com a mesma conversa anterior, não me deram o desconto prometido pelo quarto anterior e pior sem o café da manhã assim resolvi cancelar uma estadia e cair fora deste hotel o gerente não muito amigável colocou empecilho no cancelamento alegando que daria muito trabalho para efetuar o cancelamento e depois de muita conversa consegui o cancelamento de uma estadia e o desconto prometido pela reserva do quarto que não recebi ficou por isso mesmo ou seja pegaram meu dinheiro e fingiram de que nada ocorreu. Por pouco não chamei a polícia para eles. Estragaram a estadia, reservei e paguei um quarto e me entregaram outro inferior e ficou por isso mesmo. Não recomendo não é confiável. Neste hotel todo cuidado é pouco.

Hotel muito ruim. Antigo e sem manutenção. Reservei para 7 noites e fiquei duas diárias somente. Tempo suficiente para encontrar um outro hotel. Descarga quebrada, porta do banheiro não fechava. Roupa de cama manchada, cama ruim , porta do armário emperrada, cortina deixava claridade avançar e o quarto minúsculo. Café com poucas variedades e bem fraco. Atendimento da recepção bom. Reservei sem reembolso e perdi o valor pago mas não conseguiria ficar no quarto onde fui hospedada.
