Recently upgraded flooring in rooms and hallways causes noise to carry from other guests....there is no carpeting* Good news: Bed is comfortable and shower has good water pressure. Room has small microwave, coffee maker and Dorm size Frig. Free parking on site is convenient and there are many places to eat nearby: (MacDonalds on same block and Starbucks 1/2 mile away) Bad news: No Free breakfast

Room was clean, A/C - heat worked well. Bathroom was clean, spartan but useable. Parking was adequate and in front of the building. The part of the building I stayed in seemed to be most of the way through a renovation although no work was happening while I was there. Clean, mostly quiet and close to many tech campuses it a relatively low priced place to stay for a few days.
