We had 2 rooms. My room was ok, My daughter found bed bugs in her room. They moved her to another room that was fine. They didn’t have enough staff to maintain the front desk and the breakfast room.

We did not get the room we reserved. Our room was suppose to have a walk in shower, it did not. It said continental breakfast was supposed to start at 7. No one was there. Went back at 7:35 and they were finally open. Breakfast was very minimal, which is okay if it is fresh. Our card key quit working for us first thing in the morning so we packed our car, turned in our key, and ate toast and had coffee.

There was bed bugs in one of the beds. It was late when we got back to our room and noticed them so tried to tell someone the next morning and no one was at the front desk to speak to. Not happy as we had a big dance comp the next morning and my daughter needed sleep

There was no hot food and very limited selection. We did not eat there on the second day. Also, the pool and hot tub need to be cleaned it looked like old urine. The room was fine. There was a part of the bed from that stuck out and we would hit our legs on it. The heater worked well.

They didn't tell us that they weren't serving breakfast until we checked in and paid. Very frustrating as there are other hotels that we could've stayed in that did have breakfast. Multiple broken light fixtures that just make the room look uncared for. Cleanliness seemed ok, VERY thin sheets. Overall, I probably wont stay there again.

Our room was clean and quiet. We had no problem getting a last minute booking for New Year's Eve (booked 5-6 days out). The breakfast space is pretty small, food was almost gone about an hour before breakfast was over, and trash was overflowing. That's really our only negative from our stay.

No hot water in the shower. We complained (nicely) and was told it would be looked into. Came back that night and no change, no note, not trying to make it better. Also ran out of Klenex, the woodwork was chewed up, the soap dispenser leaked onto the counter and the whole place was dated. Will not stay there again. On top of it all, went down for breakfast on Sunday and it was not ready, the room was dark. This was 10 after 7 and we just left.
