A bit expensive for what we got

The hotel is nicely located in the mountains in a great scenery. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. However, we’re disappointed by a few things : the spa access is only 1 pm to 7 pm, which is probably ok in the winter but in the summer, I would expect a longer time frame. The person at the front desk is barely polite towards customers. Except for the restaurant staff, we didn’t feel warmly welcome as it should be in such a place. Honestly, I was expecting a better experience for such a price.

Re delle Alpi: nice but not exactly a 4-star

The location is lovely. The hotel is clean and very quite and next to the ski slopes. However, for a brand new 4-star hotel, we were quite disappointed with the service. The breakfeast is more corresponding to a 2-star hotel. The choice of food is limited when taking into account that they are no way to leave the hotel for a dinner elsewhere especially in the winter time. The spa area is beautiful, but keep in mind that it is a non-included service (40 Euro/person). Please make sure that massages (100 Euro) are made by a professional and not by an unqualified person.

È proprio un re in mezzo alle Alpi! Bello da vedere esteriormente, elegante all'interno. Al check in siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e professionalità.Avevo prenotato due camere standard con finestra e ci è stato offerto un upgrade con una stanza con terrazzo. Tutto allo stesso prezzo concordato inizialmente. Le camere molto pulite. Il bagno perfetto con una doccia molto ampia provvista bagno doccia e shampoo con dispenser. Trovate anche il phon. Etto comodo e caldo. Abbiamo fatto cena, deliziosa con prodotti di qualità. La colazione al buffet ottimamente provvista di brioche, torte, pane, yogurt, marmellata, cereali, succhi, the, caffè americano, e parte salata. Se volete un cappuccino Ve lo fanno su richiesta. Un'esperienza breve ma perfetta! Complimenti.

Solo apparenza, poca pochissima sostanza, la stanza superior non ha neppure una finestra degna di questo nome, una specie di grande abbaino che guarda il cielo; la Spa non è inclusa nel prezzo della stanza per cui dovete aggiungere 40 €/persona per ogni accesso. Ma il meglio lo da il ristorante… lista dei vini che include un Sassicaia da 1490 € e prezzi delle portate non economici e poi ti viene servita una Parmigiana alla Valdostana fredda, chiedendo chiarimenti abbiamo ottenuto facce stranite, porzioni misere e piatti insipidi. Il problema non è il costo ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente non consono. Sicuramente non torneremo e non lo consiglieremo.

Eccellente hotel, piccole cose poco apprezzate

Ottimo hotel, in una posizione magnifica tra LaThuile e il Piccolo San Bernardo. Comodo parcheggio, ottime aree comuni. Camera ampia, qualche dubbio su alcuni mobili molto vecchi ma tutto di ottima qualità. Bagno discreto, poche luci, buoni prodotti e biancheria. Letto comodo, ottimi oscuranti, prese di corrente un po' ovunque, tutto bene. Sala Spa a pagamento un po' troppo cara, visto il costo della camera, non è bello pagare tanto per l'accesso comunque ad una piscina e sauna di ottima qualità. Acqua relativamente calda, possibile rilassarsi sia in acqua che fuori. Caduta di stile pure nella vendita di ciabattine usa a getta. Mi sarei aspettato di averle gratis, pazienza. Ristorante buono, ottimo servizio, qualche problemino con un piatto portato freddo e poco cucinato ma risolto con professionalità, prezzi cari ma location e servizio sono allineati al pagamento. Colazione buona, buoni prodotti. Personale molto professionale, in linea con il tipo di hotel. Ho vissuto un ottimo soggiorno, ringrazio per tutto, era un'evento importante per me da condividere con la mia compagna.

Bello, ma scomodo

Albergo moderno e suggestivo, spa a pagamento ma bella. Unica pecca forse è la posizione: distante da la thuile, collegata da una strada buia (di notte non sono presenti lampioni) e pericolosa (spesso attraversata da animali selvatici e con curve strette), inoltre a pochi metri dalla struttura sono presenti dei pali dell’alta tensione brutti da vedere e che producono un fastidioso ronzio udibile all’esterno.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella struttura, il personale era gentilissimo e si mangiava molto bene, solo con poca scelta nel menù. Per la prima volta posso dire di non aver trovato niente che non andasse bene. Hotel in alto a la Thuile, all inizio sembra un po' scomodo ma poi si apprezza la vista e l apertura che si può godere da lì. In poco tempo si raggiunge la Thuile oppure il confine francese. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad esaurire ogni richiesta... Anche fuori orario. Pulitissimo ovunque.arredamento perfetto in ogni locale con ricercatezza nei dettagli. SpA molto bella, un po fredda la zona relax. Colazione a causa del covid servita dal personale, molto gentile esaustivo e disponibile a portare più volte il cibo e bevande, ottimo sia il salato che il dolce. Tutto perfetto.

Bellissimo il posto, peccato la cucina con poca scelta; essendo un hotel sulle piste si presume che sia possibile iniziare la giornata sciistica fuori da hotel con gli sci ai piedi, invece non è così, si viene trainati con motoslitta alla più vicina seggiovia ma se se c’è brutto tempo, resta chiusa e bisogna scendere con gli sci fino alla partenza del gatto delle nevi, togliere gli sci e prendere la propria auto per recarsi alla partenza principale dell’ovovia di La Thuile. Molto scomodo!

Отель находится непосредственно на горнолыжной трассе на горе. Это его "Фишка" и проклятие одновременно. Добраться в отель своим ходом не реально. От городка Ла-Тюиль нужно подняться 2,5 км по серпантину в гору до деревни Пон-Серран, далее 30 минут на ратраке (снегоходе). Снегоход (дребезжащая военная б.у. техника) ходит по очень странному расписанию или платно. Такси в городе Ла-Тюиль нет. Отель трансфер до города не обеспечивает. Скейпас распространяется на большую зону катания, но туда тоже не добраться. Вывод - без машины там вообще делать нечего. Персонал приветливый, но при этом делать ничего не хочет. Сауна красивая, но дорогая неоправданно. В ресторане меню скудное. За едой точно не сюда! С напитками тоже сложно.

La montée en moto-neige et la raclette ont été les points forts de notre séjour. Super aussi le ski in & out. Par contre le service n'est pas digne d'un 4*. Apéro commandé jamais reçu. Pas possible de modifier le menu de la St-Valentin en remplaçant le risotto par une salade et le dessert par du fromage. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas réapprovisionné. Pas de bols à disposition. Tensions entre le personnel perceptibles.... bref beaucoup de petits soucis à corriger....Dommage car ça pourrait être parfait.

la struttura dell'hotel è piacevole, ma ci sono stati troppi inconvenienti che mi hanno deluso: - carenza di gommini sulle scale della ski room con rischio di scivolare e procurarsi gravi danni - spa a pagamento (40 eur a persona) - termostato digitale eccessivamente luminoso (praticamente come avere una luce accesa in camera) - vetro della camera senza persiane - scarsa orientamento al cliente (ho chiesto due letti singoli e mi è stato chiesto di pagare per l 'upgrade) Trattando i clienti in questo modo è facile capire perchè gli stranieri scelgono Francia o in Svizzera per la settimana bianca .....
