The resort was awesome, loved the pool area and the cabana. Service was impeccable and food/restaurants were amazing. It was a long ways to building 5 tho and the rooms could use a little bit of updating. Safe fell off wall as we were at dinner, could have fell on one of us, but they came up and handled it well. The pool was nice, the service was friendly. The beds were comfy and it was overall a good stay. The hotel is a little bit old but it runs well and is super close to down town. my kids loved it. Would definitely stay there again.

Both pools were cold. Main hot tub was very cold. Actually shivering while in it. Asked for a site visit for a wedding while in was staying there and no one reached out for the site tour even though they told me they would do it on Sunday before I left. I asked again at check out and was told no one was there from that dept to do it. Room was near maintenance area and was woken up to loud banging sounds every morning

I’ve actually stayed at this hotel before but it was called something else. It took us a little bit to get to our room because we showed up early and check-in wasn’t till four but they finally got us in at 2 o’clock. Unfortunately, when we took a shower, there was only two settings for the shower, hot and scolding Plus the tub was clogged with hair and the sink was draining very slow. The air conditioning also seemed to only have two settings on or off so it kind of got cold at times. Spoke to the hotel manager and she finally got someone to fix her shower and unclogged the drain Which was very nice. It’s a very dog friendly resort which I love. I wish they had more of a menu for the dogs as well at the café so you could order things for your pet. It would’ve been nice too if they had like a little dog park area Overall great experience and I would stay there again.

we didn’t go to jacuzzi coz a lot of kids everytime, we didn’t get our deposit refund. We stay all the time in our room.
