This hotel is pretty rundown. I heard they’re changing hands and maybe they’ve taken the foot off the gas, there’s a “bare bones” feeling. Not a ton of staff around. No food offerings to speak of. In fact we stayed there right before Passover and the whole hotel was switching over to kosher so they said the food offerings would be extremely limited because of this. I’m all for having kosher options but when the whole hotel switches it’s kind of weird. They even came to our room to ask if they could take our Kureig because I guess it’s not kosher? And we weren’t really using it so we let them, but it’s a strange request for a hotel to put on a guest. Also they checked us in two hours late (on a 4pm check in!!) so yeah, not the greatest experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I had hoped for such a special occasion. One of the main reasons I chose this property was for its on-site dining and bar options, which were advertised as key amenities. I was really looking forward to a convenient, relaxing celebration without having to leave the hotel. However, upon arrival, I discovered that all of the hotel’s bars and restaurants were closed due to a private kosher event—and there had been no prior notice given to guests. This was incredibly disappointing, especially given the reason for our stay. What was supposed to be a special, stress-free birthday celebration quickly turned into a scramble to find last-minute dining options elsewhere. This lack of communication was both frustrating and inconvenient. After a long day, the last thing we wanted to do was leave the hotel to search for food and drinks. It completely disrupted the plans I had in mind for celebrating my boyfriend. While I respect the hotel’s decision to host private events and accommodate specific dietary or cultural needs, it should not come at the expense of other guests’ experiences—especially without any advance warning. A simple notification before arrival or at the time of booking would have made a huge difference. Overall, the stay felt poorly managed due to this oversight. I did not have breakfast. The pool looked really nice. I did not use it. I was only there for one night, but I had a nice time and I liked my room. It was clean. The maid was extremely nice and all of the staff were very nice to.

We’ve stayed here before. We got to the hotel this time at 6 pm and our room still wasn’t ready, which is a first (that late in the evening), after staying in hundreds of hotels. So we changed into swimwear in our car, and went to the pool with our luggage. There was not ONE SINGLE CLEAN TOWEL. Not one. So we’re getting out of the water, freezing because there’s no way to dry off. That was also a first, for a hotel. We finally got access to our room at 7:30 pm, which is ridiculous. Our balcony was overlooking literally a giant air conditioning unit. Even my kids mentioned it was the worst view they’d ever seen. The kids had fun at the pool. There were other very nice guests we chatted with. But not having our room ready at 6 pm(!!) and no towels at all at the pool, make me think this place is horrible understaffed. We have three young kids so we tried to get late checkout, and we were told it “doesn’t exist”. Horrible. Omni nearby is 100x better.

Came into town just for an overnight with some friends for a quick girlfriend getaway.Hotel check-in time is advertised at 4pm. However, we called to see if we could check in early because we were in town at 2pm and hotel staff told us if we showed up and got in their “que” our room would be ready faster because we were on property. So we showed up and put our name in the que as instructed and our room still wasn’t ready until 4:30pm! well after the advertised check in time! This was disappointing and there’s not a lot to do on the property other than hang by the pool but we weren’t really dressed for that and we could’ve found something else to do in town if we had known the room was not going to be ready until then. The staff was very warm and professional, and apologized for the delay, but they probably should not promise people their room will be ready faster if they show up on property. At least that was not our experience! Other than that, the property is fine. It is clean and has a cool retro vibe. The one and only restaurant on property for dinner does not have a lot of menu options so we went offsite to eat, which we would’ve preferred not to do. Overall, the property was fine, but with all the other choices in Palm Springs and the delayed process to check in, I don’t think I would stay there again.

This hotel is ancient and falling apart, the staff are trying their best but its just not possible to have a nice stay there when things are not functioning . Our room door battery ran out and had to be fixed mid stay resulting in us walking to the front desk numerous times. The only way to get to your room/parking was through a narrow driveway which was blocked off most of the time since the delivery dock is right there too. They also have a convention center and that resulted in zero parking anywhere, they finally offered us free valet. The housekeeping cleaned out room, but didn't clean the shower/bathroom... just weird mishaps throughout for a property that has been around so so long. I would never stay here again.

The property is very clean, everyone working at this property goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing!! The hotel is 5 minutes from downtown. The rooms are a nice size. Make sure to ask what your view is from the room when you are checking in. They have a nice coffee bar you can get breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Also a nice bar and restaurant you can do a sit down meal, has a beautiful outdoor patio with fireplaces as well. There is also a small sports bar at the front of the hotel. The pool is beautiful and has several covered sitting areas and Cabanas that are FREE!!! First come first serve. We had a very nice relaxing time here. Would highly recommend!! Would definitely stay here again!

Room was not ready we arrived (well past check-in time), even though we received a text welcoming us to check-in. It took another 2.5 hours to get a text to return, and then we had to wait in line AGAIN to check in!

They are not very accommodating for team events or large bookings. We generally have a team dinner/gathering at every hotel we go to. Here, we were not allowed to bring snacks and drinks for our teams and use the public facilities even though they're huge. They forced us to either use their caterers at about $50 per person or not have any get together.
