We could smell weed outside our room, the parking lot was closed so we had to park across the street. We were next to the hospital so there were lots of sirens. None of the ice machines worked. You would think with the inconvenience you would get free breakfast but you had to pay for it which was not great. Would not stay there again.

The rooms were dinghy. Shuttle was horrible we ended up having to uber back and forth to the Casey Center. The parking was absolutely the worst and inconvenient. Should have advertised you would have to park so far away and lug your luggage through the snow. Should of had discounts for all the inconveniences. Soda machines were sold out our entire 3 day stay. Carpet in our room was so dirty it was crunchy. Worst experience ever. Dont be deceived by their pictures like I was. Never will return.

The parking was terrible. The actual parking lot is closed for some reason so we had to park across the street and walk through the snow. The night and day staff at the desk were rude and short. The pool was FREEZING! The air in the pool room was outside temperature (10 Degrees) We ordered food and it was brought to the desk and NO ONE notified us. We finally went down and the person said it had been there for 40 minutes. Our room phone didn’t work. The thermostat was so touchy. It would go from 68-79 on about five minutes. The only thing nice about this place was our room was clean. I will never stay there again.
