the Hotel was Fabulous. The pool area was great, the only sad part was that the hot tub was not working. But the rooms were very comfy and large. We really appreciate that you are able to log into your Netflix acct. It is nice that you have to show the security your room key to get the room area. Very Family Friendly

Stayed for 3 nights at The New Orleans casino in Vegas. I stayed in a newly updated room on the 19th floor. It was very nice and clean. Valet was quick. Check in was pretty quick. Very Big Casino and has tons of things to do and places to eat.

I love the Orleans! It is my first go to when looking for hotels. Rooms are and ours was very clean. Housekeeping staff is good about that even while you are staying. While I know you can kiosk check in, desk staff are more helpful. We stayed on the 15th floor and they were just starting to remodeling the floor and it was looking good. I love that they installed bath products in the shower on the walls eliminating those pesky little bottles and assuring me of one less thing I needed to pack. Valet parking was always busy but I never used it as I found parking in the lot. I felt safe every time I stayed here.

The hot tub was out of order and that was about all I wanted to do. I did have a hot shower with good water pressure. Food was good ate at two of the restaurants. Room was a little dated but very large. Thermostat was set at 75 and wouldn't adjust. Sink was slow to drain on occasion. Very Nice Sports book area. Location was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did end up with some sort of bug bite above my left ear. I was only at the hotel for about 12 hours and mostly in my room after i found out the Hot tub wasn't working. The Spa was also closed but very nice Fitness room with lots of equipment.
