I stayed here with my family for 5 days. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The place was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and good enough before heading out to check the city. The location is near the shopping mall, metro, bus station, and supermarket. Our experience was amazing! I definitely recommend this place.

Good , but …

Overall experience was good for what we paid. We expected the hotel to have view on Tour Eiffel as the pictures show. But unfortunately it hadn’t. Rooms were smaller than they appeared in the pictures. But we enjoyed the room with the balcony. The area was a bit far from all the busy areas, but great next to carrefour and rome merto station. Area is very calm in general. The hotel has a nice terrace on gf for a morning coffee. Staff was good in general. I suggest this hotel, but make sure to select the right room size and location.

Bruyant - Trop chaud.

Lors de la réservation, cela montrait une photo d'une grande chambre, ce n'était pas le cas, tout l'inverse même. Literie moyenne, oreillers peu confortables. La clim, gérée de façon centrale n'était pas réglable selon mon envie, et j'ai du dormir fenêtre ouverte car il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre (23° d'après le capteur mural) Sauf que collé pratiquement aux rails de la gare Saint Lazare, beaucoup de bruits de trains. Il a fallu faire un choix entre le bruit et la chaleur. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hotel. Cela ne mérite pas le prix que j'ai payé.

Excellent location and comfortable for the price. Very quiet at night as it's away from any main drag.Except for one girl who was lovely, the reception staff couldn't really care less about you. Our room was only cleaned once in 5 days and even then I had to request it. Breakfast was good but the mood of the staff depended upon who was working. One couldn't do enough for you and the other one thought she was doing you a favour. A couple of gripes but I would still stay there again.

J'ai dormi 2 nuits Mon service comptabilité m'a demandé de lui fournir une facture séparée pour chaque nuit. J'ai appelé l'hôtel qui n'a pas voulu me fournir 2 factures séparés ( pour eux une réservation = une facture) alors que le matin même ils m'ont dit qu'ils allaient m'envoyer les factures j'ai attendu toute la journée pas de factures reçues. Le soir on m'a indique " pas possible" alors que ça l'était le matin et la personne a écourté la discussion en me raccrochant au nez . j'ai déjà eu ce cas de figure avec d'autres hôtels et ça n'a pas posé de problèmes ??? chaine Happyculture terminé
