Delicious food,clean room,adorable smile,and great service impressed me and my partner. If I have the chance to visit Myanmar again,I will choose Wynn hotel without hesitation. Don't miss the swimming pool.it's really pure.

I had excellent service, beginning with the manager resolving a difficulty with a room not up to my expectations. She was courteously helpful & upgraded gratis. Friendly smiley good service from all staff followed suit throughout my 3 day stay. The “delux” room I ended up with was spacious, well furnished with desk, mini bar, etc, patio door windows overlooking the pool. (Note: “superior room” did not meet expectations as presented on Expedia. However If sleep is all you want, as a good priced overnighter near the airport its excellent., This class of room is quiet, shut off at the rear of the causeways from pool and garden dining areas. However, no windows except a high slit window in the bathroom, and crammed with beds & bedside tables, its claustrophobic. Amenities: the garden setting large pool and patio dining are excellent and add value to the stay with a mini-resort feel. There is no restaurant facility, or cafe, and nothing in walking distance for casual all day dining. Dining area functions for breakfast and supper only. Don’t bother ordering “western-style” dinners off the menu — you will be disappointed. Order what they do best, order asian food and you will get good quality, and enjoy local cuisine as part of the experience of being in Myanmar. Finally, again, the big “plus’” for the Bagan Wynn Hotel are: proximity to airport (non closer).; mini-resort feel; great management; very pleasant service. Excellent tooms for the price

Friendly staff but poor english. Not easy to communicate. The hotel is brand new but noisy because of the constructions around. The rooms are not cleaned properly. Same for the restaurant. Same for the swimming pool.
