An amazing facility that is very convenient and well kept. You can access the metro via the connected mall, which means you can easily get anywhere even if it's raining. There is 24-hour room service via Wechat that can be used easily even if you don't speak Chinese. The staff are very kind and helpful if you need any help or suggestions.

All the bellmen and front desk staff were very attentive, making our arrival and departure smooth. One of the front desk staff truly stood out. While we were waiting for our taxi to the airport, she thoughtfully brought us bottled water — a small gesture that made us feel genuinely cared for. She also recommended a nearby drone light show at the hotel’s scenic viewing spot, giving us a beautiful and memorable way to end our trip.

Fantastic location, central to everything. As promised, service was great, even robots to deliver takeout to your door. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and had everything you need to work from your room. Views were non-existent from our room on the 42nd floor however
