Staff is the real star here!! Elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor. Staff offered to help carry luggage up and down. Staff was also very friendly and helpful over the phone regarding check-in and check-out. Parking spots were too narrow for our minivan (and many of the cars parked were upto/over the lines).
