The only thing that was nice about our stay was the lady that checked us in. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were dirty. The floor had dirt on them and hair in the bathtub. There was garbage sticking out from under the bed. Zero soap in the soap dispensers and one bar of soap. Pool also closed!

The pool was a little cold, but still nice and clean. We stayed in the king suite and the jacuzzi tub was amazing. The room was really nice and the bed was super comfy. However, the room was described as having a countryside view and we had a view of the neighboring storage units. But that is the only complaint.

Room was Average, price was right. Wanted fresh towels had to take our dirty ones to them, they proceeded to count them and give me back only what they got not a washcloth more. Indoor pool was great and warmer than the shower water. Honestly that was the worst thing was the lack of hot water and that the tub plumbing wiggled in the wall when the faucet was used. There was no trash service. Breakfast was all carb based, great waffles.
