Our only complaint would be that it did take a long time for the water to heat up, but that definitely isn't a deal breaker for us. Cleanliness & Great Customer Service is what matters most to us. The ice machine was broken, which was only an issue because we were there for a lacrosse tournament so really wanted ice to add to my son's water bottles. They did allow you to get one fill at the desk with the room ice bucket. Our room was on the 1st floor next to the car wash so it was pretty noisy from that. Staff were nice and breakfast was convenient.
