The Mozart is a comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. We found it very convenient when visiting family locally in Milan and travelling into Central Milan. The breakfast buffet in the bright basement room was good.

Convenient location. Walkable by 30-40 min to the center. Not much to do around the area of the hotel. Facilities were very clean and modern. Breakfast choices were excellent. Bug bonus was a street fair down the block.

The photos do not match the quality of the room I was given. Room was very worn in appearance and floor was filthy. Overall hotel is very tired and needs a refresh for the price that is being charged.

Not worth staying… until they finish remodeling

None of the rooms have air-conditioning that works. Construction started at 7 AM on the dot and did not end until 6 PM every day of our stay. Parking was nonexistent, even though it was advertised. At least the customer service was very good and I guess the beds were somewhat decent.

What a horrible experience. Very dirty with mold and smells. Never again, just horrible experience and staff. In the middle of renovations, construction all over, no updates, no special treatment. 5 steps you should carry the luggage.

Average, not worth price

The beds are comfortable but, the rooms smell like humidity, the showers don't drain well so we showered with water up to our ankles. No a/c if you aren't a "premium guest" whatever that means; so you have to call for them to turn the a/c on or off. The windows aren't sound proofed so you hear the cars and sirens and people talking in the street. Will not be coming back here when visiting Milan.

Kellnerin von Frühstück Bar war unverschämlich unfreundlich, sogar aggressiv und Beleidigend, habe sofort bei verlassen Hotel an Rezeption beschwert, wird noch eine Beschwerdens Briefe an Management zu schicken lassen. So eine unverschämt verhalten habe ich meine Ganz leben noch nie erlebt!!!

MOYEN

Nous avons réserver cette hôtel pour un arrêt de 3 jours à Milan, les chambre sont simple mais propre, salle de bain relativement petite.. mais cela reste raisonnable. Le personnel a l’accueil est agréable MAIS la TV ne fonctionnait pas correctement alors il ont envoyer un "technicien" qui était très désagréable et qui dit avoir réparer la TV mais qui n’a rien fait et quand je lui explique que ça ne fonctionne toujours pas il s’énerve en disant que si ça fonctionne bref j’ai lâché l’affaire.. Le petit déjeuner n’est clairement pas à prendre dans l’hôtel, il ont les jus de fruit les plus chimique que j’ai jamais goûté, un goût de médicament, la nourriture n’est pas exceptionnel et un monsieur d’environ 40 ans de taille moyenne aussi désagréable que son collègue nous demande à 3 reprise de nous dépêcher de finir notre petit déjeuner à 10h15 alors que le service fermait à 10h30 j’ai dû hausser le ton pour qu’il arrête d’insister. Il faudra compter 32 euros par nuit pour le parking en sachant qu’il est impossible de se garer dans les rues. L’hôtel est cependant plutôt bien placé a une trentaine de minutes à pied du centre même de MILAN et de ses monuments.
