Been staying here for 5 years for work when weather is bad or I have inventory as I live over in KY. They charged me $5 to park. I’ve never been charged to park in the five years I’ve been staying there and was not told there was a parking charge.

This was a very nice and clean hotel with great service and a great breakfast. But the sheets on the bed were so rough it was like sleeping with sandpaper. Horrible!!

Perfect!

This was the best hotel stay we have had in a very long time. The beds were comfortable the room was clean the service was friendly And above all the quality For the price was superior. The night before I stayed in a hotel room that was twice the cost.. And it did not compare to this one... My expectations were exceeded in a good way.

Will start off by saying the front desk employees are exceptional and professional in every way. I do not typically downgrade based on “the look” but this property is past it’s time to refresh the rooms—at least the one I stayed in. The laminate was peeling off the furnishings and the bathroom needed some attention. I expect more from a Marriott property. I had a room designated for accessibility but the bathroom lighting was very dim and the tub very slippery albeit there were many grab bars in the tub/shower and accessible controls. On the second day no one made up the room and I had to get some items from the front desk—but this is where the property shines—staff is super accommodating and sincerely nice.

Not impressed

The property appears very nice. Staff was friendly. However we were staying because of a swim meet that my daughter had at Miami University. We went to dinner and returned about 730pm with the intent to try and get to bed because we had to leave by 0630 the next morning. When we got back to our room the rap music and bass pounding was so loud. After about 15 min. I couldn’t take it anymore and I called the desk. When I complained and stayed “I know it’s not late right now but we shouldn’t have to be subject to this noise” guest services tell me well it’s probably the team that we just had check in and they should be leaving in about 30 min. I just said “ok” because I was so off put by the response. The music did eventually stop, however then from 10pm- 1am we were met with loud talking, laughing and obnoxious noise next door and in the hallways. Needless to say it was a less than desirable visit and my daughters performance suffered the next day because of the lack of sleep she got. The mattresss on the bed was awful too, could feel springs in my back.

Soap was out in the bathroom. Made to order breakfast did not have iced tea. Charged me for parking (wasn’t told in advance). Nicest person on staff was the maintenance guy. He was fun to talk with.
