Disappointing stay. The suite had windows the size of doors. Very claustrophobic for a room that size. Tried to move to a suite that had reasonable windows but non available. Was move to a smaller room but could not be compensated for the lower rate since I booked with a third party. Jacuzzi under construction so unavailable. No bell service. Parking $29 a day. Very disappointing Hotels.com. The fact I wasnt compensated for taking the small room is very frustrating. This visiting is making me think twice about using your services in the future.

We stayed here for a family event nearby. It’s conveniently located right near the 405 and 101. The hotel is also located on Ventrura so, unlike most parts of LA, you can actually walk around to bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very nice and accommodating. This Courtyard hotel has more of a full service Marriott feel to it. Parking is appx $30 per day but that seems to be common in the greater LA area. We booked a double queen room that Expedia said maximum occupancy was 5 so we assumed there was a sofa bed in the room. Unfortunately none of the rooms at this hotel have more than 2 queen beds. Thankfully the hotel had an additional room available so the five of us didn’t have to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms cleaned and towels stocked. The staff were all very friendly and professional.
