Excellent location, friendly staff and clean room. We stayed over a weekend so had issues getting more toilet paper, coffee pods and clean hand towels. Also the room was somewhat tired with laminate coming off on kitchen cabinets and water damage to side tables.

A really good stay here in this small arpartment hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to check in as our room was ready (thank you). The bed was amazing and very comfortable. We decided to cook rather than go out for dinner. Coles and liquorland are just around the corner. The location of this place is excellent: 5 mins from the station and close to many cafes, entertainment venues and good restaurants. There was an issue with a leaky fridge but we decided we'd stay put rather than move. If you’re staying here, ask for a room on level 5. Nice and quiet, apart from squeaky floorboards in the sleeping area. Def would stay again. A good price for a city hotel.

Generally very clean except for inside kitchen cupboards. Great service and staff. Wheelchair access not well catered for. Parking limited to small vehicles and extremely tight even then. Very adequately appointed although missing remote control for bedroom tv was disappointing. Third stay - probably rated 3rd. Perhaps a need for updating. Location and space excellent.

It way a nice place to stay. Location was perfect. There was just a few things that didn’t make it the best stay. Parking was $35 at the location but the parking spot was very dirty and smelt horrible. The rooms were nice and big. The bed was comfortable but again small things like cracked roofs, moldy shower and no smart TVs just didn’t make it the best stay. Staff were nice though

L’emplacement est le principal avantage de cet hôtel appartement. Il est situé sur flinders lane juste à côté de Fédération square et de la rivière Yarra. Tout est facilement accessible à pied. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit est confortable. La salle de bain et surtout la cabine de douche est un peu petite si vous êtes grand. Les équipements sont un peu vieux (tv, micro-ondes) et la propreté n’est vraiment pas au rendez-vous, c’était un peu sale. Le personnel est plutôt gentil et serviable. Dans l’ensemble j’ai passé un bon séjour d’une semaine, l’emplacement est vraiment clé pour profiter de la ville de Melbourne.
