The front desk clerk that checked us in was the best. Tax rate for the state of Tuscan went up, & the amount had to be corrected by Hotels.com, the whole time he was patient & helpful. Later that night, we were struggling to get into the pool area, & the associate at the front desk was very friendly & helpful also. But what ANNOYED me the most, is that check out time was 11 am, at 9:30 am a housekeeper knocked & immediately opened the door, during a very intimate moment with me & my spouse, very disrespectful. Bad enough the door wasn't sealed correctly so it made it easy for her to open it. I have never encountered that with any other hotel.......as a previous employee of a hotel, housekeeping would receive a list of who checked out, I suggest your location does that to keep from walking in on someone else. I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS REASON! PRIVACY IS A MUST ESPECIALLY WHEN THE DO NO DISTURB SIGN WAS ON THE DOOR.
