Everything was great about this hotel except for one thing, there was loud power drilling and banging starting early in the morning for 2 days. I went upstairs to see they were doing what looks like renovation. They should not have let someone into the room directly below. After 2 days of this, if I was staying another night I would have requested a room change. Everything else was great, room is quite small but fine for me at this price point. Breakfast was really good. Location near the station was great. Heater worked great. Blackout curtains don't quite do the job though, a fair amount of light leakage around the edges though. Very quiet.

Very convenient location by the train station. Reception very nice, staff are great. The rooms are a bit dated and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. For a double bed you get 2 slim duvets. Breakfast choices good. Gets quite busy at weekends but staff manage well. Keep on top of cleaning everything. We had a room over the front door and very very noisy from the street one night with bins or lorries. The rooms facing courtyard might be quieter. Very convenient locations. Cosy hotel. Bathroom could have been a bit better...sink didn't really drain at all and no way to control temperature in bathroom so room was like a sauna. All in all a lovely hotel, cosy, friendly staff and very convenient location. Would stay again.

We stayed at Best Western Hotel Hebron for four nights (March 7–11). Overall it was a decent stay and pretty much what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. The location is convenient and close to the central station, which made it easy to get around the city. The hotel itself felt calm and quiet, with some cozy spaces like the basement lounge and a small courtyard garden. There’s also a small kiosk in the lobby and the option to borrow bikes, which was nice. Breakfast was okay but the selection was a bit limited. The scrambled eggs tasted a bit unusual, and the soft-boiled eggs were inconsistent, sometimes soft, sometimes more undercooked than expected. The rooms were comfortable but not very soundproof, and we could clearly hear the neighboring room. There was also construction outside the hotel during our stay, which caused some noise (though this may be temporary). The bathroom products were from Rituals, which was a nice touch, but there was no conditioner or hand lotion provided. Overall the hotel felt very calm and comfortable, though communication with staff was minimal and no one asked about our stay. It’s probably a fairly typical 3-star experience, maybe we just had slightly higher expectations

Promised “Valet Parking on street (dkk350).” Reason I booked this hotel. Was actually not available. Then hotel and Expedia would not release me from booking without losing my money. Promises made promises broken. And yet they offered nothing to help. I moved to another hotel at my own additional expense. Needed a car. Hotel is right next to a strip club. Breakfast is great!
