Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent view. But the property is a bit tired and needs a little TLC. Was a bit odd that the ensuite didn’t have a toilet in it, and you had to go out in the hallway to a shared one. And in the downstairs, the toilet was separate to the bathroom, which only had a basin to wash your hands, so, they should have been in the same room, not 2 separate rooms? But, in saying that. We did like our stay, the staff were lovely. Ok distance from town. Walking down didn’t take too long, but back up the hill was a little struggle for the unfit. But, about a $10 uber fare, so that was great!

The reception and bar area was really poor condition torn seating, broken tiles . Poor bar .the smells in the corridors are not pleasing and the carpet cleaner smells in the room are not good . The View is Amazing of the lake and mountains . The location is good walking into the centre of town . Did not use facilities at the hotel .

Parking is extremely difficult to find, heater in the room was not working. View is great from the room looking at the lake. The worst part is the reason i book this place was for restaurant but got emailed 1 week ago that restaurant is closed during our stay. Very disappointing, hardly any cutlery in the room.
