The stay was excellent. Beautiful, spacious, clean room. All the staff were so kind, friendly, helpful and professional. The front desk, house keeping, restaurant and the other staff. Duhi, Sakshi (both the sakshi's), Gouri, Sitaram, Saya and others provided excellent service. The buffet breakfast was super delicious and loved them variety.

As a young boy in school our family visited Aurangabad and our favorite stay was at the Ajanta Ambassador, however, that was over forty years ago. Now decades later, Nov 2023, we decided on the Fern Residency. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful and the hotel offered all the services we needed. The food is exceptional including the breakfast bar. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the Hazel Suite. I recommend this hotel.

Good hotel

This is good place to stay if you are visiting Aurangabad, Ajanta and Ellora. Clean and nice hotel. Only issue we had was getting an iron (apparently because there was big tour group who needed it) one morning. We finally did manage to get it. Good breakfast and there are good restaurants next door and within a 20 minute walking distance if you want to try other restaurants (so location is good). They have contacts for a taxi service which worked out well for our two day visit. Courteous staff.

Rooms are good size. But there is a damp smell in them. We had 3 rooms and all 3 smelt damp. The rooms were noisy as we could hear people moving furniture and other people talking in neighbouring rooms. The breakfast buffet was huge. A bit work needs to be done in the hotel to get a 5 star review!

I apprehensively booked this hotel for one night, not knowing what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised! This hotel is a fairly decent option in Aurangabad, likely around a 3-star rating. The rooms are nice and spacious (we were upgraded to a suite, thank you very much!) and very clean. The showers are excellent, providing hot water at just the right pressure. The restaurant "Firangi" offers a fantastic breakfast spread that caters to both Indian and non-Indian palates. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay when visiting the Ajanta and Ellora caves.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating. The first room we checked into was loud due to construction so we were promptly moved to a better room.There was a morning Pooja out the window of the second room, but it was over quickly. The pool was lovely, but freezing cold. We did not eat food at the hotel. There are harassing tuk-tuk drivers out the door, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Overall, it was a nice stay.
