Food was horrible and very limited options. Staff was not polite. Room wasnt clean when we checked in, floor looked like it had not been vaccumed in weeks and fridge had something spilled all over it. Room wasn't cleaned on day 2, no clean towels. Had to go to the front desk to get towels and then was told to brkng the dirty towels down. Will not ever stay again.

The beds were full size not queen. They didn’t have cots or extra blankets. We had to have key cards reprogrammed everyday sometimes twice a day. There was no parking because lot was getting paved so had to find parking everyday and hope vehicle didn’t get hit because so crowded.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. There was hair on the bathroom walls, stains on the blankets, and coffee spills on the wall. The whole room felt unclean and poorly maintained. Definitely not a place I’d stay at again.

Betty at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The back doors did not lock. The exercise gym had a treadmill , a cable weight machine that I had to fix to use ( the cables had come off of the pulley system, the clothes dryer ran for an hour and did not dry a very light load of laundry. It was the only motel in town but was close to the park and several restaurants

Initial room assigned had a strong foul odor. They changed me to a suite. Hotel in general is tired and in desperate need of a update and general clean. Staff was amazing though.

Nothing special but serves the purpose.

Sufficient for a place to stay but nothing special. Not awful but not exactly impressive. Walls were empty and not repaired after removing what must have been the one thing I the wall. Dirty washcloth was left on shower curtain bar but otherwise good-sized bathroom was clean. Desk chair was stained. Lots of very dated items (washing machine, clock radio, phone, etc.). Breakfast was decent. Bed was clean and comfortable enough.

Staff is always amazing, just one issue this trip.

The staff is always amazing, the ladies do an excellent job taking care of guests. One issue, there seems to be some construction/remodeling going on. Not sure if that was the cause but we had a random bug (looked like a roach) scurry across the desk, when we 1st arrived. No others were seen, and this was an oddity for this hotel from my experience. So I'm chalking it up to an unwanted, construction visitor. AC was super cold, shower was nice and hot, and the bed was soft so all in all above average stay. Wont deter me from going again.

Staff was super friendly, absolutely loved chatting with the woman at the front desk. The room was cleanly aside from the walls and the carpeted floor which kept making my feet a little brown even after a shower. There was a consistent loud popping noise outside when we were trying to sleep around 10pm. It stopped after a while though. We couldn’t tell what it was. Honestly super accommodating with our pets!

The bathroom mirror was broken. There are marks on the walls. The shower head is gross. I enjoyed the staff, they were super kind and sweet. Super helpful.
