There was a 1” gap under the door, so we heard EVERYTHING outside of our room. Our room was directly next to the ice machine, an exit door, and the main hallway/gathering area. There were people in and out all night. The only thing that muffled the noises from outside of our room was the noise from the A/C unit in the room.

We didn’t have pets with us, but they had a nice dog yard. Internet was easy to use and function correctly. Card keys had to be exchanged each night because they didn’t work to unlock the outside doors. Well no fault of the staff. The smoke alarm went off at 5:30 AM on the last day of our stay however, no one let us know if it was all clear or anything like that. It just stopped going off.

Hot tub and pool were great! Our kids loved it!! Our room was nice and the shower pressure was great! It was the perfect location for our trip to the Zoo. Loved having a first floor room close to the exit door, made it fast and easy to unload and load our luggage. Our room was right across from the pool which was super convenient! Hotel staff made checking in and out so easy! We would definitely stay here again!

Our suite was very hot I would not recommend staying here in the summer if the ac doesn’t get any colder. Our pull out couch got stuck and maintenance could not fix we ended up not being able to use the couch for sitting and my friend had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. Maintenance said it happens often. No free breakfast like most hotels offer. Our room did not have an outside view so felt like we were in a dark box. Room lighting was very dim! I wouldn’t waste my money here again.
