We stayed at this hotel on the way to the south tip of the Taiwan island.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to National Palace Museum (south branch); it takes only 2 minutes to the park. The disadvantage is that it exists in a newly developed area probably after the High Speed Railway so that, unlike the old Chiayi town, there is not much else to see.
The facility is clean. Our room had a nice view of the museum park. The dining area is more or less like a food court, but the food is reasonably good.
Not many staff people speak good English except the receptionists. But it's no harm;-)
