For the price, the rooms and properties were quite worn, beds uncomfortable, water rusty on check in - and the walls were very thin. Location is excellent - Walking distance from all the things you'd want to see. It's Probably a great spot if you're planning to go to the bars and need a place to pass out after a few, but not a place if you want to relax. On the plus side they offered to move us to a quieter room, but a hotel that costs over $400 a night should be clean, new, quiet, and relaxing.

We have noticed with our recent visit that the hotel is starting to shows it age and could use updating. Our TV seemed old and was not working well. Also the foyer light was out.
