Check in to this Hotel was fine, I arrived early, and they stored my bags till later that day, to check in which happened earlier which was good. The week I arrived there was a heatwave in Cape town, so finding my room`s AC unit was not working as it should I complained, for two days it remained the same, with different excuses about it. I decided to then speak to the Manager which brought about instant results, I was moved eventually to a nice room where everything was fine. Housekeeping was very good, two bottles of water are left each day. fresh towels, and coffee, tea etc replenished. The showers are ok but not much power, also they need some sort of anti slip mat, as they are very slippery. I tried room service a couple of times which was good, the food in the restaurant is good, it is also Halal, as this is a Halal hotel, something I did not realise when booking, so the restaurant does not serve any alcohol, not a problem for me, as I live without it. The restaurant is very busy, and noisy at mealtimes, eating outside you are eating with smokers. There is a Burger king right next to the Hotel entrance, and small shops for water pop crisps are close by, the V& A waterfront is about a 15 min walk. Open top bus stops very close. The only thing that would make me stay again would be the price, which is very cheap for Cape Town. The staff are very helpful, and friendly, Transport can be booked from the Hotel to the airport 450 rand is the price one way. Overall I would say ok

What a great hotel

What an amazing experience from check in until check out. We stayed there for 10nights. Shaukat is very polite and resolves issues with ease. The chef (Anwar) was extremely accommodating and spoilt my family with his lovely/delicious breakfasts. Maleka thanks for the great hospitality shown. Our security was the best you can find. What a great hotel with great and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything you need for a quick stay

Right off the main N2 highway so very convenient but at the same time you'll have to drive out into a busy street. Free parking right outside the back entrance of the hotel with security around. Check in was fuss free and the rooms were spacious. Everything was clean and I enjoyed my stay. Only thing was, I thought the hotel safe could be larger as my 15inch laptop couldn't fit.

Great location - very close to CTICC for conferences and the Waterfront for dining, entertainment and shopping options. Their restaurant also had a variety of delicious meal options. Staff were mostly pleasant and helpful. They did have a little roach infestation issue though - not severe- but they should really look into that before it gets out of hand. Despite that, I'd stay again.

6/10 Good

It was okay. Served a purpose. Tv in the room was broken and they couldn't fix it so i was moved. Had to repack and move rooms. A bit painful. The shower was a bit slippery for me, so be careful! Food was excellent when I ate dinner the one night at the hotel. A bit pricey, but okay. Also I like to put bills on my room and they wouldn't;t let me do that.
