Check-In process was very good, constant communication and accommodating to our schedule even accelerated cleaning to have room ready for us upon arrival. The apartment and room was excellent! The property was convienient to the main city center of Sorrento and the Port. It was a 12-15 minute walk to the main areas of tourism at the center of town. Easy to navigate and get to areas for shopping, dinning and transportation. This apartment was clean and adequate. This is not a full service property and there is not staff on site 24 hrs per day which we were aware of prior to booking, check in and out was easy and efficient, we checked in earlier than expected and left the keys in the secured foyer when checking out. Perfect for our needs which we’re to be close to the city center and town.

We loved staying Aquae Romanae. This place is but maybe a min away from the train station. The unit is perfect for two people, has its own balcony, most importantly, the AC worked and the staff was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Sorrento.
