Wonderful stay for our family trip. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the resort is beautiful. We had the Enclave add-on and felt the beachfront view was worth it. We look forward to returning next year!

Everything was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and the food was pretty good too. The pools were never crowded and it was just a nice resort and i love that it was family friendly as well.

The resort was very welcoming and clean. The service was great and had several great food options with the four different restaurants and the buffet. Just make sure you make reservations early in your arrival for the restaurants because it fills up fast.

This is our 4th time in Cancun and this hotel was one of the best we have ever experienced. The guest services team, Bellboys , reception staff , the restaurant staff were all very pleasant and amazing people. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
