It has many stores and restaurants around. The room size was perfect for our needs and we had a balcony where we could enjoy the view of the neighborhood. The room had basic amenities such as water, coffee, toothbrush, toothpaste, body, wash, and shampoo. Exactly what we needed. The staff was very hospitable and professional. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. There are some awesome authentic Vietnamese restaurants within 5 minutes from the hotel and there is a Starbucks just round the corner. But the standout thing was the service. Everyone speaks decent English and is super polite.

The staff (especially Binh) were so lovely and helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and a hot menu with lots of variety. While beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was a little dated/tired with some brown (mould?) spots in the corners of the shower and bathroom. Location was perfect though, so close to train street and good food everywhere nearby!

A well located hotel for those visiting the old quarter, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful operators. They helped us (went down from their reception counter on 1/F) with our luggage while we were getting off the taxi on a busy street. Good suggestions of dinning places and very helpful in answering our queries. Good communication in English. Room size adequate not big, guess this also applies to other hotels in the old quarter (which are packed with low rise buildings). Buffet breakfast including "made to order" menu (which is a rather extensive one). Would stay again.
