We had a terrible experience due to double booking. They can't find our name in the system despite the confirmation email. The Marriott hotel gave us the room in the middle of the night, which was already occupied. Luckily, no one was inside the room; otherwise, we would have compromised the privacy.
There was no proper communication between Hotels.com and Marriott to resolve the issue, and finally, we communicated with Hotels.com to find the booking.
Finally, after many hours of waiting, they were given the room, which was inconvenient with the accessible restrictions.
