Wow. This place is an absolute s**t hole complete with poor pathway lighting, aluminum frame beds that make terrible noise with every move and unsavory guests. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning.

My stay was amazing until the house keeper started banging on my door at 9am saying it was time to check out. Check out is at 11am and not 9am.

Room was hot and disgusting even after letting the A/C run for a couple hours it still never got any cooler. Roaches literally sleeping in the damn bed. Every time you leave and come back roaches running across the bed spread and pillows. Someone pulled the fire alarm during my stay and it went off all night til the morning. No fire department nor police came to the premises after the alarm was going off. The whole night.. fire alarm going off. Just a whole mess.

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE STAY. OUR FIRST ROOM HADN'T EVEN BEEN CLEANED (THERE WAS EVEN A USED CIGAR SITTING ON THE HEATING/COOLING UNIT). WE WERE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM, AND THE MICROWAVE DIDN'T WORK (SOMEONE CAME AND REPLACED IT TWICE FOR US, BEFORE THE THIRD ONE FINALLY WORKED). THE WATER WOULD NOT GET HOT, AND THE HEATER/COOLING UNIT DIDN'T HAVE A WAY TO ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE.

I had a 3 night stay, it was very nice. The employees were friendly and was very helpful. The room was ok although it can use a little face lift in some areas. I would recommend this motel for a short stay.

Horrible Stay

It was horrible. The AC unit in the room looked beat down and broken it was loud. The walls were written on and dirty. They didn’t have face towels in the room. Then to top it off mildew was on the ceiling. Mind you not that was the second room because the first room was exactly the same way!!!!
