We were on snowmobiles so it was great to be on ground floor and park sleds right outside our room. Front desk staff were super helpful from everything like checkin, minor room fixes, providing suggestions of where to go for dinner and calling us a taxi. We even booked a second night there for our return trip! Breakfast was very good as well!

Even though it's a non-smoking hotel, smokers are allowed to smoke directly outside their patio doors which allows smoke to enter into the room through the doors. This leaves a slight smoky scent to the room. There is a can for butts outside, yet people still throw them on the ground. The hotel tries to accommodate people but some just don't get it.

The staff at Comfort Inn went above and beyond for me. Another local hotel provided poor service and cancelled a reservation on me. Comfort Inn stepped up and provided great service for my stay that night!

I just want to start off by saying Mayur (I believe that is what his name) this is our second time dealing with him in 3 weeks for the Drag races, he has been above and beyond incredible for accommodating to myself and family, huge thank you to him and his team for making our stay a great one. The guy at the main desk running the entire hotel was sweet and was able to turn our night around by letting us use a bigger tv, but I paid for a king suite and it was awful it smelt like alcohol and smoke, bunch of drunk workers everywhere, had a window floor AC in the room as the main one was broken but the hose that is suppose to go outside was just blowing the air back in the room lol it was brutal, we then got switched to a double bed room smelt abit better and AC was working but still felt yucky. Entire exterior of hotel was covered in tent caterpillars and there webs it was nasty.

The staff was very nice and the room was fine. I was thrilled that there was a bathtub. (I am so tired of hotels converting to showers, when all I really want is to sit and soak, at the end of the day.) The room was a tad small, and the bathroom could use more counter space. I had to put some things on the back of the toilet, and that means a risk of things falling in. The worst part was the tv. The tv itself was too small, and the channel selection was absurdly bad. I had to go on my tablet to watch a movie. The room appeared to be quite clean and I didn't smell any smoke or other distasteful smells, so that was a real plus. Note: You have to carry your bags up stairs to their second floor. Given the size of the town, I wasn't disappointed in the hotel, and I would go back.
