I stayed here on 4/1/26 and 4/4/26. The refurbished rooms are an improvement but not perfect, especially the shower. There's no place to put your soap, ie no soap dish and I think it needs another grab bar. Trish and Jen were very helpful and they'll do what they can to help you. Brkfst is ok, standard included brkfst fare and will save you $15 going out to eat. Pretty good restaraunt next door. If you eat there you get a $5.00 discount off whatever you order. If/when I return to London, ON I'll probably stay here because I know what I'm getting. It's also close to the freeway if that matters.

Only one entrance out of 5. Room was at the far end of building. Came and clean sidewalks after 11pm at night!! No sofa in 1 bd when the room could accommodate one on either side. Couldn’t regulate the temp! Either no heat or too much. Room was redone and comfortable bed.
