Despite the location on the border of an autoroute, the hotel is close to Contensa, to the Bosque Chapulteque and to the av de la Reforma, thus very functional by walk. The hotel is secured by attendants at the door, and very clean. English is not common but so is it in Mexico city. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse is definitively a plus. We stayed more than a week. I highly recommend V65.

Our stay was very pleasant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although we booked a room without "air conditioner", we were upgraded to a larger room with "air conditioner" for the same price. This place is located within walking distance to various points of interest and eateries and there is a small convenience store right across the street. The terrace is beautiful, quiet and overlooks the Chapultepec Castle.

Really affordable for a two bedroom, two bathroom room. Super clean. Very nicely decorated property with a small but effective free breakfast (coffee, juice, water, fruit, pastries). The only downside is the no A/C, and our room was next to the highway so it was a bit loud at night when we needed air circulation, but not a downside - again the price was great.

My companion and I fell on the street and they went out of their way to take care of our every need, going so far as to take us to doctors and stay to translate for us. My sister and I stayed at V65 for three nights. Our apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. The terrace at the top of the building is beautiful, with lots of seating and lovely views. It was a pleasure to stay there, the staff whom I dealt with were very friendly, extremely helpful and greatly assisted us in arranging a city tour, made helpful suggestions to try to help my sister replace her damaged luggage and they made great suggestions for places to go and places to eat. Many thanks to Claudia, Oscar and Janet. Thanks also to Jesus the doorman, for always being friendly and helpful. V65 is in a good location for ease of walking to Bosque de Chapultepec, and to nearby cafes, a juicery, gym, and a few restaurants. There’s a convenience store across the street also. It is located on a busy corner with lots of traffic, but the apartment is comfortably quiet, unless you leave a window open. I had a lovely stay there and hope to stay there again in my next visit to Mexico City.

The rooftop terrace was beautiful, the morning coffee and pastries were wonderful, and everything was very clean! Our apartment was listed as having A/C, but upon arrival we found out it was only in the far corner of the living room, so the bedrooms were very hot. The hotel is right next to a busy highway, so opening the windows meant breathing in exhaust fumes and dealing with loud car/truck noises. Very little communication overall and felt the A/C situation could've been communicated better in the listing. No extra TP or towels in the apartment, you need to ask the front desk. No paper towels provided in the kitchenette, you'll need to buy some. TVs in bedrooms didn't work (I think the Wifi signal was too weak), and the toaster didn't work. Sewage smell coming up from the shower drains. For the value this place was great, but felt there was a lot of little things that could be improved.

This place is perfect. A couple of blocks from Chapultepec, walkable to many restaurants (some Michelin star), staff was wonderful and attentive, the apartment was super clean. We were comfortable and felt right at home!

I liked that it was clean , it felt safe with having a door man . It was close to attractions in walking distance. It did have a kitchenette but I felt they should have had paper towels and a hand towel for the kitchen . Also we had to ask for extra towels and they did not have wash cloths . We also had to ask for additional toilet paper as there was only one roll in a 2 bedroom condo . Overall we had a good stay just a few suggestions on providing towels , extra blankets in a condo of that size .
