Just a quick note: if you have limited mobility, dont stay here. There is no elevator. After I learned this they were, thankfully, able to put me on the first floor. There has been construction going on at this hotel for a long time, pool and hot tub were shut down for repairs. Room was plenty clean and had everything I needed. But there was damage o the carpet and the smoke detector was busted. Not a bad stay. Even though there were obvious permanent residents there, my stay was quiet. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The room was old and had a muggy feel and smell. The microwave did not work and I had 2 refrigerators one that worked and one that did not. Also many of the outlets did not work. The WIFI sucks in most rooms but the staff are helpful and are willing to go the extra mile for the guests. The showers are not the best for sure and the air conditioners either work very good or not very well at all depending on the room you get. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards at check in though especially if your a frequent flyer not only does it give you a discount for the room but you can earn free nights as well.

The room needed lots of maintenance. Our double pain window was shattered from the outside. The AC and heater did not work. There was a freestanding AC unit that was vented through the window. With duct, tape and cardboard, so we cannot close the window, leaving a gap for cold air to blow through all night. Our bathroom sink was cracked. The tile floor in the bathroom in front of the toilet was broken and if you stepped on it, it felt like you were going to fall through the floor. There was black mold in the shower Around the faucet. There was also what appeared to be either rust stain or blood stain on our carpet. There was also missing wallpaper in our room. The refrigerator was plugged in, but not working. It was warm and smelt bad. Our TV remote batteries were dead upon arrival and we had to request new ones. The pool and spa were out of commission.

The reviews are accurate. No hot water, pool closed and the rooms are very dated and dirty. We checked and no bed bugs and bed was actually very comfortable but interesting guests and just very dated. The staff were, however, very friendly and informative! Good points on that end. Definitely cheap!
