The room was clean and tidy. It is very close to Disneyland and the surrounding area is very prosperous, so it is a good choice. The room is not soundproof, you can hear noise from the corridor. Although there are few types of breakfast and no meat, it is very convenient and saves time.

I appreciate that I was able to book a same day staying, but the bathroom was making weird noises until the last night the toilet was covered in bubbles and zest. Fortunately, there was someone to fix the problem quick but it was very uncomfortable.

Convenient location to Disney Resort except when staying until closing. Anywhere but on-site Disney hotels would feel like a long walk back. Hotel in great condition except one bank of elevators had one of two elevators out of service the whole time (one used to access the breakfast area). Great breakfast and underground paid parking (not free). Great housekeeping and hotel staff.

Nice hotel with weird elevator situation!

The elevator situation is weird. We stayed on 2nd floor and we gad to take a doierent elevator to get there. Also, breakfast room was on 5th floor and a diierent elevator was needed for that. It was in a nice big room witjlh plenty of food. This is a good place to stay as it is so close to Adventure Park.

We were very pleased with our stay. The bunk beds were perfect for our family. The room was quiet and well kept. The front desk staff was very helpful and check in was easy despite the computer problems lol. The pool was perfect. And breakfast met our basic needs and was a selling point for our family.

Seemed like a middle of the line solid hotel. It was within walking distance to Disneyland. Lobby was very nice. Only one elevator working so we just took the stairs every time but once while bringing in our luggage. Soap/shampoo/conditioner scent is not pleasant and the coffee in the breakfast area was not the best tasting. The bed was also “crunchy” from the sheets and whatever material the bed was made of. I am very simple and just want a good memory foam mattress to sleep on and good coffee in the morning. Breakfast buffet is nice to have. Parking is advertised at $30 a night but then it is also taxed on top of that so it ends up being just over $35 per night for parking. Overall, I wasn’t impressed by anything in particular (staff included) but it was a basic hotel with a free buffet breakfast (with a long line to get into when it opened at 6:30a) and was within walking distance to Disneyland. The kid bunk beds were also nice to have and why we ultimately picked this location.

Vacation trip

The hotel itself was good. The surrounding area is the problem, it is next to a convenience store that attracts the homeless and criminal types. It is also next to a bus stop that attracts drug use and homeless that loiter on the sidewalk making it difficult to come and go especially in foot. The purpose of the hotel and it's location is to walk to the parks; however, the homeless and drug addicts in the area make it unsafe.
