10/10 Exceptional

We had a late check in and didn't have any problems. The room was nice and clean. Great location for the convention center and Disneyland. Breakfast was well stocked by the friendly staff. It was basic - tea, coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, yogurt, baked goods and boiled eggs, but enough to get started without having to go get breakfast. No issues with parking while we there for a convention.

This property is poorly maintained and is definitely in need of some serious updates and a facelift. While the front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, my experience with the housekeeping staff was the complete opposite. They were rude, condescending, and made the stay feel very uncomfortable. Based on the condition of the property and the treatment I received from housekeeping, I would not recommend staying at this motel.

We find this hotels location very strategic if you're on a budget, if you are planning to go to Disneyland Anaheim theme parks. It is 25 mins straight walk to the park, or use the Toy Story Parking Lot free shuttle bus which is 15mins away, but you are going through with the parks security already before using the shuttle so you don't have to do it by the park which will save you some time when you get to the park. And more importantly it has comvenience store just across your room, carl's jr on the side, another gas / convenience store, roscoes chicken & waffles, taco bell across the street, all walking distance if youre into it. and comes with simple free breakfast to fuel your day.
