I have stayed at a lot of chain hotels and this is the first time I've had to leave one. Walking in the hallways are dark and damp and when we entered the room it had a weird smell. Husband smelled urine, but we hoped it was the muggy/dampness bringing it that smell, and we tried to settle in. Left for dinner and came back- smell was still bad even with extra AC. I could smell cigarette smoke and my allergies kicked up until smoke was all I could smell. Started checking around- bathroom was very clean, but mattress covers and sheets were stained. Grateful Expedia was able to talk to the staff/ manager and get us a refund. We were outta there!
Linens may have been washed, but if a stain can't get out, it needs to be thrown out. Plus everyone know the blanket is never washed, just put between two top sheets. We found the blanket directly on the fitted sheet, and the top sheet above it!

Upon arrival our hotel room had not been cleaned. They offered us a room without heat and tv. The pool area was over crowded with no working lights. Sewage was pumping out the side of the hotel into the parking lot. We left the hotel without staying.
