Room was fine. Exactly what I paid for and exactly as advertised. Minor hiccup that two of the outlets didn't work. I could not plug in my laptop while sitting at the desk; I had to set up over by the TV or the bathroom.
Check in confused me. I had a reservation months in advance and was already paid. I showed up, showed my ID and confirmation number, and then they couldn't seem to find whatever they needed. Language barrier prevented me from being able to understand what the problem was, and eventually the guy at the desk just talked on a cell phone to somebody else, also in a language I didn't understand, and then gave me a key. It left me wondering if they had lost my reservation and then just billed me a second time since I couldn't talk to them.
Not really a problem; it all worked out. But with that much confusion, it would have been nice to know what was going on.
