The staff was outstanding! Friendly, helpful and responsive - they were a pleasure. Water pressure was not existent. The sink in our room barely trickled out - making it useless. The shower was a heavy mist. The shower drain did not work - it took 1/2 a day to drain. But the bed was good and staff friendly.
