We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very responsive to our needs. The hotel room was clean And the beds were very comfortable. Coffee and cold drinks were available in the main lobby area. Room rate included breakfast consisting of waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, milk and juice. 😊

Good-Food in restaurant was fast and very good as was all the staff. Bad and ugly- Wasn't just dirty..it was filthy everywhere. Carpets and furniture all have stains and/or holes and haven't been cleaned in years let alone vacuumed in months. Paint missing/peeling everywhere too. Hot tub so cloudy I couldn't see bottom (didn't even think of getting in!). Knats flying around room. Couldnt watch TV as it was all static and fuzzy and all movie channels spooled (paused) every 30 seconds for at least 30 - 60 seconds. Pretty clear many of the folks staying there are full timers: seemed to know each other and walked around in grubby attire and couldn't say a sentence without dropping f bombs! Seemed like almost everyone hung outside smoking much of the time. Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me! The 6.2 out of 10 rating was way overrated!

Took our kids for a night away and we all had a great time! The pool area is cool and there is an area right outside of the pool with tables so we had a nice area to eat dinner ( I prefer not to eat meals in the room when possible). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of near by places to eat and shop nearby. We slept in and breakfast was still hot and fresh. Definitely going to be back soon. Also we had an incident where my daughter’s friend blood sugar was very low and the staff helped right away by making sure she had juice and candy to get her back on track.

I can tell that the resort was once a nice place. The rooms are adjacent to why I call a common area for fellowship at night with everyone in the common area fellowship and is disturbing to the ones that are trying to rest because they have a long trip ahead of them the very next day that was our problem we had to leave at 4:30 at the very next morning due to a 14 Hour Dr. it was rather noisy past the post time for noise to ceased
